DynamxMFG + Excel

The spreadsheet everyone actually uses, fed by live production data. Same file, same formulas, no copy and paste on a Friday afternoon.

What it does

Keep the spreadsheet. Lose the manual updates.

Live data in the sheets you built

Your existing workbooks keep their formulas and layout. What changes is where the numbers come from: live production data instead of somebody retyping them.

No more end of week exports

The job of pulling data out of one system and pasting it into another disappears, along with the errors that came with it.

Everyone on the same numbers

When the sheet updates itself, sales, finance and production stop arguing about whose version is right.

How it works

Set up with you, not left to you

Your Excel connection is configured during your 90 day onboarding.

1

Map what matters

We agree what should flow between DynamxMFG and Excel, and who needs to see it.

2

We configure and test

Our team sets the connection up and tests it against your real data before anything goes live.

3

Run one source of truth

The link runs quietly in the background. Nobody exports anything, and both systems tell the same story.

“With DynamxMFG’s integration and automation capabilities, the possibilities are endless.”

Questions

Excel integration FAQs

Does DynamxMFG replace our spreadsheets?

Partly. Over 40 built-in reports cover the questions most manufacturers were using spreadsheets for. Excel stays for the ad hoc analysis that every business does differently.

Can we still edit the spreadsheet ourselves?

Yes. You keep working in Excel as normal. The integration supplies the data, it does not take the file over.

What production data can we pull into Excel?

Job and order status, stock positions, estimated versus actual cost, throughput and delivery performance. The set is agreed during setup.

Will it overwrite work we have already done?

No. The connection is configured with you so live data lands where you want it and your own analysis sits alongside untouched.

Does the Excel integration cost extra?

It depends on the connector and your chosen platform licence. Book a demo and we will give you exact pricing for your stack.

Is our data secure?

Yes. Connections use secure, authenticated APIs and your data stays within your own accounts. Nothing is shared beyond the systems you choose to connect.

Stop rebuilding the same spreadsheet

Book a 15 minute walkthrough and we will show you live production data landing in a workbook instead of being typed into one.
