How complete is the audit trail?
Every operation is recorded with a time stamp, the job it belongs to and the operator who performed it. Because that happens as part of tracking the work, there is no separate record to maintain and no gaps where someone forgot to sign a traveller.
Can we capture inspection data at each stage?
Yes. Dynamic data capture fields are configured per operation for measurements, pass or fail results, serial numbers and NCR references. Any field can be made mandatory, so the operation cannot close until the data is entered.
