DynamxMFG + MS Project

Project plans that reflect the floor. Live job progress from DynamxMFG against your Microsoft Project schedule, without anyone updating percentages by hand.

What it does

A plan that matches what is being built

Progress from the shop floor

Task progress comes from operators booking on and off real jobs, not from a project manager walking the floor on Thursday asking how it is going.

Slippage you can see early

When production falls behind, the plan shows it while there is still time to react rather than at the next review meeting.

One plan, not two

The schedule and the production system stop being separate versions of the truth that somebody has to reconcile every week.

How it works

Set up with you, not left to you

Your MS Project connection is configured during your 90 day onboarding.

1

Map what matters

We agree what should flow between DynamxMFG and MS Project, and who needs to see it.

2

We configure and test

Our team sets the connection up and tests it against your real data before anything goes live.

3

Run one source of truth

The link runs quietly in the background. Nobody exports anything, and both systems tell the same story.

“With DynamxMFG’s integration and automation capabilities, the possibilities are endless.”

Questions

MS Project integration FAQs

Does DynamxMFG replace Microsoft Project?

No. Project stays as your planning tool. DynamxMFG supplies the live production progress that the plan has always relied on somebody to enter manually.

How does progress get into the plan?

From the shop floor. Operators book on and off jobs in DynamxMFG and that real progress feeds the schedule.

Can we still adjust the plan ourselves?

Yes. Planning stays entirely yours. The integration supplies actuals, it does not reschedule anything on your behalf.

What if we run project work and repeat production together?

That is common. DynamxMFG handles both, so project-tracked builds and standard batches sit in the same system.

Does the MS Project integration cost extra?

It depends on the connector and your chosen platform licence. Book a demo and we will give you exact pricing for your stack.

Is our data secure?

Yes. Connections use secure, authenticated APIs and your data stays within your own accounts. Nothing is shared beyond the systems you choose to connect.
