DynamxMFG + ClickUp

Production jobs reflected in ClickUp tasks, so project teams see where the build has actually got to without asking anyone.

What it does

Tasks that track the shop floor

Jobs mirrored as tasks

Production jobs appear in ClickUp and move as the work moves, so the board reflects the floor rather than somebody's best guess.

Fewer status meetings

When the board is accurate, the weekly catch-up to find out what has actually been made stops being necessary.

One place for cross-team work

Design, procurement and production stop working from three different pictures of the same order.

How it works

Set up with you, not left to you

Your ClickUp connection is configured during your 90 day onboarding.

1

Map what matters

We agree what should flow between DynamxMFG and ClickUp, and who needs to see it.

2

We configure and test

Our team sets the connection up and tests it against your real data before anything goes live.

3

Run one source of truth

The link runs quietly in the background. Nobody exports anything, and both systems tell the same story.

“With DynamxMFG’s integration and automation capabilities, the possibilities are endless.”

Questions

ClickUp integration FAQs

Does DynamxMFG replace ClickUp?

No. ClickUp stays as your project tool. DynamxMFG handles production execution and feeds the real job status back into your boards.

What appears in ClickUp?

Production jobs and their status, with the fields and list structure agreed with you during setup.

Will it clutter our existing spaces?

No. Where production data lands is configured with you, so it goes into the spaces and lists you choose rather than everywhere at once.

Is the sync one-way or two-way?

That is configured to suit how you work. Most manufacturers start with production status flowing into ClickUp and extend from there.

Does the ClickUp integration cost extra?

It depends on the connector and your chosen platform licence. Book a demo and we will give you exact pricing for your stack.

Is our data secure?

Yes. Connections use secure, authenticated APIs and your data stays within your own accounts. Nothing is shared beyond the systems you choose to connect.
