DynamxMFG + Asana

Shop floor tracking bridged into your Asana projects, giving the teams around production the visibility they keep asking for.

What it does

Cross-team visibility without the chasing

Production status in your projects

Job progress from the floor appears against the Asana work it belongs to, so nobody has to translate between two systems.

Handovers that do not stall

Design, procurement and dispatch can see when production is ready for them instead of finding out a day late.

Reporting people trust

Asana reporting stops depending on whether somebody remembered to update a task after walking the floor.

What you can do

22 Asana operations built into your workflows

DynamxMFG connects to Asana through our Make automation layer. Make exposes 90 Asana operations in total; these are the ones that do real work in a factory. Each can be triggered by a live event on the shop floor.

How it works

Set up with you, not left to you

Your Asana connection is configured during your 90 day onboarding.

1

Map what matters

We agree what should flow between DynamxMFG and Asana, and who needs to see it.

2

We configure and test

Our team sets the connection up and tests it against your real data before anything goes live.

3

Run one source of truth

The link runs quietly in the background. Nobody exports anything, and both systems tell the same story.

“With DynamxMFG’s integration and automation capabilities, the possibilities are endless.”

Questions

Asana integration FAQs

Does DynamxMFG replace Asana?

No. Asana stays as your project tool. DynamxMFG runs production and feeds real job status back into it.

What data appears in Asana?

Production job status and key dates, mapped to the projects and fields you choose during setup.

Can we control which projects it touches?

Yes. Where production data lands is agreed with you, so it goes only into the projects that need it.

Is the sync one-way or two-way?

That is configured to suit how you work. Most manufacturers start with production status flowing into Asana and extend from there.

Does the Asana integration cost extra?

It depends on the connector and your chosen platform licence. Book a demo and we will give you exact pricing for your stack.

Is our data secure?

Yes. Connections use secure, authenticated APIs and your data stays within your own accounts. Nothing is shared beyond the systems you choose to connect.
