Google Docs integration FAQs

What can we generate with this?

Anything that starts as a document template: job sheets, conformity certificates, inspection records, customer reports. The template stays yours and the data comes from DynamxMFG.

Do we have to rebuild our document templates?

No. The connector creates a copy of an existing template and replaces the tags in it, so you keep the layout you already use.

Can it produce PDFs?

Documents can be downloaded to a required format as part of the workflow, so a PDF can be produced and filed or emailed automatically.

How is it set up?

We configure the first document workflows with you during your 90 day onboarding. Your team can add more afterwards.

Does the Google Docs integration cost extra?
