How does DynamxMFG connect to Slack?

Through our Make automation layer. That gives you the full set of Slack operations listed above, triggered by real events in production.

What can trigger a Slack message?

Any production event you choose: a job completing, stock dropping below a level, an order dispatching, a machine stopping. What is switched on is agreed during setup.

Can different alerts go to different channels?

Yes. Routing is configured with you, so purchasing gets shortages, sales gets dispatch confirmations, and nobody gets a channel full of noise they ignore.

Can people reply or act from Slack?

Slack supports two-way workflows, so approvals and responses can be picked up as well as posted. What you build is up to you.

Does the Slack integration cost extra?
