DynamxMFG + Webhooks
A direct line into DynamxMFG for anything that can send an HTTP request. If a system has no connector, a webhook will still get it talking to production.
What it does
The catch-all for everything else
For systems nobody else supports
Bespoke software, a machine controller, an in-house database, a supplier portal. If it can send an HTTP request, it can reach DynamxMFG.
Instant, not on a schedule
A webhook fires the moment something happens rather than waiting for the next poll, so production reacts in real time.
Two-way by design
DynamxMFG can receive a webhook and send a response straight back, so the calling system knows what happened rather than guessing.
What you can do
3 Webhooks operations built into your workflows
DynamxMFG connects to Webhooks through our Make automation layer. Make exposes 3 Webhooks operations in total; these are the ones that do real work in a factory. Each can be triggered by a live event on the shop floor.
How it works
Set up with you, not left to you
Your Webhooks connection is configured during your 90 day onboarding.
Map what matters
We agree what should flow between DynamxMFG and Webhooks, and who needs to see it.
We configure and test
Our team sets the connection up and tests it against your real data before anything goes live.
Run one source of truth
The link runs quietly in the background. Nobody exports anything, and both systems tell the same story.
“With DynamxMFG’s integration and automation capabilities, the possibilities are endless.”
Philippos F, Head of Digital Transformation, CPL / KLUBB Group

Webhooks integration FAQs
What is a webhook, in plain terms?
A URL that another system can send data to. When something happens in that system it posts a message to the URL, and a workflow starts immediately. No polling, no waiting.
When would we use this instead of a proper connector?
When there is no connector. Bespoke systems, older machine software and supplier portals rarely have one, and a webhook is usually the fastest way to get them talking to production.
Do we need a developer?
Someone at the sending end needs to be able to configure where it posts. We handle everything on the DynamxMFG side and test it with you before it goes live.
Can DynamxMFG send data out this way too?
Yes. As well as receiving, workflows can call out to another system and handle the response, so it works in both directions.
Is it reliable enough for production?
Webhooks are how most modern systems talk to each other. They are configured and tested against your real data during onboarding, the same as any other connection.
Does this cost extra?
It depends on your chosen platform licence. Book a demo, tell us what you need to connect, and we will give you exact pricing.
