DynamxMFG + QuickBooks
Keep your books accurate without duplicate data entry between the shop floor and finance. Jobs, costs and invoices in step with QuickBooks.
What it does
Production and finance, finally in sync
One set of numbers
Two-way sync keeps orders, costs and invoices aligned between DynamxMFG and QuickBooks. Finance and the shop floor work from the same live data, not separate copies.
No duplicate entry
Stop re-keying data between systems. What happens in production flows to QuickBooks automatically, so nothing gets missed and nothing is typed twice.
True job costs in your accounts
DynamxMFG captures real labour and material costs as jobs run. Your QuickBooks accounts reflect what production actually cost, not an estimate from weeks ago.
What you can do
23 QuickBooks operations built into your workflows
DynamxMFG connects to QuickBooks through our Make automation layer. Make exposes 93 QuickBooks operations in total; these are the ones that do real work in a factory. Each can be triggered by a live event on the shop floor.

QuickBooks integration FAQs
How long does the QuickBooks integration take to set up?
It is configured and tested during your 90 day onboarding. Our team sets up the connection against your real QuickBooks data, so you are not left to figure it out alone.
Is the QuickBooks sync one-way or two-way?
Two-way. Data flows in both directions between DynamxMFG and QuickBooks, so there is no single point of entry and no stale records sitting in either system.
Does DynamxMFG replace QuickBooks?
No, and that is deliberate. QuickBooks stays as your accounts package and your finance team keeps the tools they know. DynamxMFG adds live production control alongside it.
We use Sage or Xero instead. Is that supported?
Yes. DynamxMFG also connects to Sage 50, Sage 200, Sage Cloud and Xero. See the full list on our integrations page, or book a demo and tell us what you run.
Does the QuickBooks integration cost extra?
It depends on the connector and your chosen platform licence. Book a demo and we will give you exact pricing for your stack.
Is my accounting data secure during sync?
Yes. Connections use secure, authenticated APIs and your data stays within your own accounts. Nothing is shared beyond the systems you choose to connect.
