Do emails send from our own Gmail account?

Yes. Messages go through your account, so recipients see your address and replies arrive in your inbox as normal.

What production events can trigger an email?

Job completion, dispatch, stock shortages and approval requests among others. What is switched on is agreed with you during setup.

Can we choose who gets what?

Yes. Recipients and rules are configured with you, so people only receive what is relevant to their job.

We run Google Workspace across the business. Does that matter?

It helps. Gmail sits alongside the Google Sheets connection, so email and reporting are set up as part of the same piece of work.

Does the Gmail integration cost extra?
