Outlook integration FAQs
Do emails come from our own address?
Yes. Messages send through your own Outlook account, so recipients see your address and replies come back to you as normal.
What can trigger an email?
Production events: a job completing, an order dispatching, stock running short, an approval being needed. What is switched on is agreed during setup.
Can we control who receives what?
Yes. Recipients and rules are configured with you, so people get what is relevant to them and nothing else.
We use Microsoft 365 across the business. Does that help?
Yes. Outlook is part of the wider Microsoft 365 connection, so email fits alongside the reporting and alerting side of it.
Does the Outlook integration cost extra?
