What production data can I report on in Power BI?

Job and order status, throughput, machine utilisation, estimated versus actual cost, stock positions and on-time delivery. The exact set is agreed during setup.

Do we still need the reports built into DynamxMFG?

Most customers use both. DynamxMFG ships over 40 built-in reports for day to day production questions. Power BI is where you combine that with finance and sales data for board packs.

How often does the data refresh?

Refresh frequency is set during configuration to suit your reporting cycle, rather than being fixed for everyone.

Do we need our own Power BI licence?

Yes. Power BI licensing sits between you and Microsoft. The integration connects DynamxMFG to the workspace you already pay for.

Does the Power BI integration cost extra?
