DynamxMFG + WhatsApp Business Cloud
Order updates sent where customers actually read them. Dispatch confirmations and delivery notices going out over WhatsApp, triggered by the job itself.
What it does
Customer updates people actually open
Dispatch notices that send themselves
When an order ships, the customer is told. No one has to remember, and nobody has to write the same message for the fortieth time.
Reaching people who ignore email
Plenty of customers and subcontractors will read a WhatsApp message the same day and leave an email for the weekend.
Template messages, consistent every time
Approved templates keep the wording and the tone right, with the job details filled in from the live record.

How it works
Set up with you, not left to you
Your WhatsApp Business Cloud connection is configured during your 90 day onboarding.
Map what matters
We agree what should flow between DynamxMFG and WhatsApp Business Cloud, and who needs to see it.
We configure and test
Our team sets the connection up and tests it against your real data before anything goes live.
Run one source of truth
The link runs quietly in the background. Nobody exports anything, and both systems tell the same story.

WhatsApp Business Cloud integration FAQs
How does DynamxMFG connect to WhatsApp?
Through our Make automation layer using the WhatsApp Business Cloud API. That gives you the operations listed above, triggered by production events.
Do we need a WhatsApp Business account?
Yes. You need a WhatsApp Business Cloud account and an approved sender number. That sits between you and Meta, and we connect DynamxMFG to it.
Why template messages rather than free text?
WhatsApp requires approved templates for business-initiated messages. It also keeps your customer updates consistent, which is no bad thing.
What can trigger a message?
Any production event you choose. Dispatch confirmations and delivery notices are the common ones, but shortages and delays work the same way.
Does the WhatsApp integration cost extra?
It depends on the connector and your chosen platform licence, and WhatsApp itself charges per conversation. Book a demo and we will give you exact pricing.
Is our data secure?
Yes. Connections use secure, authenticated APIs and your data stays within your own accounts. Nothing is shared beyond the systems you choose to connect.
Tell customers before they have to ask
Book a 15 minute walkthrough and we will show you a dispatch confirmation going out from a finished job.
