THE CHALLENGE

The main goal was to increase productivity and improve the visibility of shop floor activities while integrating with their group-level ERP system. They needed a solution that could effectively manage complex workflows and enhance overall traceability.

“Originally, I was the manufacturing director and a huge problem the business had was around traceability of products around the factory. Primarily the business had a paper-based system and everything that was manufactured was followed by pieces of paper around the various processes in the factory. That crated huge challenges for the business and I quickly realised that we needed to transform the business and look at some technology based digital systems to improve that”
