Every job, every process,
without the paper trail.

DynamxMFG gives fabrication shops live tracking of every cut, fold, weld and finish, full traceability from sheet to shipped, and estimated versus actual cost on every job. Built for high-mix fabrication, proven at Spanwall.

Sound familiar?

The problems every busy fab shop knows

High-mix fabrication moves fast, and paper cannot keep up. The jobs that lose money are rarely the dramatic ones. They are the everyday ones nobody could see clearly.

Paper travellers everywhere

Every job is chased around the factory by paperwork. When the paper stops moving, so does the answer to where is my order.

Traceability on trust

Material certs, weld records and finish specs live in folders and in heads. When an audit or a warranty claim lands, the evidence hunt starts.

Quoting on last year's numbers

You price the next fabrication on what the last one probably cost. Without actuals on every job, the same margin leaks repeat quote after quote.

What you get

Everything a fab shop needs. Nothing it does not.

Four modules cover how fabrication actually works. No bloat you will never use.

Works orders and routing

Every fabrication becomes a works order carrying its route: cut, fold, weld, finish, assemble, dispatch. The whole shop sees the same live plan, from the office to the bench.

Replaces: paper travellers and job sheets

Shop floor data capture

Operators book on and off at each process from a tablet at the workstation. A few taps per operation, no keyboard skills needed, and the job history builds itself.

Replaces: clipboards and end-of-shift memory

Traceability and quality

Materials, certs, photos and checks recorded against the job as work happens, so the audit trail is already written when the auditor arrives.

Replaces: folders of certs and weld records

Job costing

Estimated versus actual time and cost on every job, visible while the job is still on the floor and you can still act on it.

Replaces: finding out at year end

See it working

From sheet to shipped, tracked at every process

Every works order carries its route through the factory. Operators book on and off at each process from a tablet at the bench, so the position, time and history of every job build themselves while the work happens.

It is how Spanwall Facades run their sheet metal fabrication business. In the words of managing director David Clark: “we have been able to introduce the traceability and the tracking and the seamless flow of information through the business”.

  • Live status on every works order
  • Traceability from material to finished item
  • Time and cost captured at each process
  • Photos, checks and certs held against the job
  • Connects to Sage, Xero and group ERP systems

Getting started

Live in 90 days, not 18 months

We handle the implementation. Your team stays focused on production. Here is what your first 90 days look like.

DAYS 0-30

Establish visibility and a trusted baseline

The first month replaces spreadsheet chaos and guesswork with a single source of live production data.

DAYS 31-60

Regain control and remove obvious waste

With live data in place, your team shifts from reactive firefighting to data-driven action.

DAYS 61-90

Prove the ROI and prepare to scale

The final phase turns your operational improvements into financial evidence.

What manufacturers say about DynamxMFG

“DynamxMFG is an excellent choice for manufacturers looking to digitise operations without being overwhelmed by complexity.”

Kristopher S
Service Engineer at Protea

“As GMC has grown, it had become harder for me to have such a keen view on components to see if those parts were profitable or not. DynamxMFG enabled us to monitor the machine time and see whether we are making a profit or a loss on each component.”

Paul B
Managing Director at GMC

“The ability to dynamically modify BOMs after release, adding or removing items from work orders, scrapping and reworking parts, has been the single biggest improvement for our business.”

Andrew T
Managing Director at Protea

“We chose the system over competitors because of its ease of use, strong customer support and friendly delivery team. So far, everything has matched what was promised.”

Amy M
Head of Operations at Elite Skills Arena

“With DynamxMFG, all our production processes are tracked and the relevant data is captured. This increases our control over the business and helps us identify more opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality.”

Neil S
Operations Director at QK-TEX

“Our experience has been positive, and it was definitely worth switching. The support we have received has been extremely helpful. My favourite feature is the integration and automation capabilities.”

Philippos F
Head of Digital Transformation at CPL

Questions

What fabricators ask us

Does DynamxMFG handle subcontract processes like galvanising or powder coating?

Yes. Subcontract operations sit in the route like any other process, so a job that leaves the building for coating or treatment is still tracked, with dates and paperwork attached, and nothing disappears into the subcontract black hole.

We run a group ERP. Does a shop floor system fight it?

No. DynamxMFG runs live production on the floor and feeds the ERP, which keeps the commercial record. That is exactly how Spanwall run DynamxMFG alongside their group-level ERP system.

Every job we make is different. Does that break the system?

No, it is what DynamxMFG is built for. High-mix, low-volume work is the normal case, not the exception: each works order carries its own route, materials and checks.

Our operators are not computer people. Will they use it?

Booking on and off a job is a few taps on a tablet at the workstation. If your team can use a phone, they can use DynamxMFG, and they stop having to fill in paperwork, which tends to win them over.

What does traceability look like when an audit lands?

You open the job and the record is already there: materials and certs, who did each operation and when, checks and photos along the way. Evidence at the press of a button rather than a week in the filing room.

How long does it take to get live?

90 days. We implement around your processes, connect your ERP and train the team, and the floor is booking on and off well inside the first three months.
